Job Description
• Set up and troubleshoot meeting links, audio/video configurations, and screen-sharing functionalities.
• Perform pre-meeting tests to ensure compatibility with executive and board member devices, avoiding interruptions during sessions.
• Manage breakout rooms, recording, and other advanced features as required.
• Wi-Fi and Network Connectivity Support
• Provide technical assistance for online meetings on platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and other collaboration tools
• Set up and troubleshoot meeting links, audio/video configurations, and screen-sharing functionalities.
• Perform pre-meeting tests to ensure compatibility with executive and board member devices, avoiding interruptions during sessions.
• Manage breakout rooms, recording, and other advanced features as required.
• Wi-Fi and Network Connectivity Support
• Ensure a stable and secure Wi-Fi connection in the boardroom or meeting location to prevent disruptions.
• Set up and test network access prior to meetings, addressing potential bandwidth or connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve real-time connectivity issues that may arise during meetings.
• Manage breakout rooms, recording, and other advanced features as required.
• Wi-Fi and Network Connectivity Support
• Set up, configure, and support endpoints, including laptops, iPads, mobile phones, and other devices used by executives and board members.
• Proven experience in IT support, especially with virtual meeting platforms and device troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience on Technical Support Specialist
