What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the creative team, ensuring high-quality execution of all visual content and campaigns.
  • Develop and oversee brand identity, visual strategy, and creative direction across all platforms and marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
  • Drive the creative ideation process, from concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met without compromising quality.
  • Mentor and develop creative team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and creative best practices.
  • Oversee and maintain a high standard of visual storytelling, brand consistency, and customer engagement.


What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in a creative role, with a focus on art direction, design, and visual storytelling.
  • Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of creatives.
  • Prior experience in a creative agency or omni-retail environment is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • A compelling portfolio demonstrating expertise in art direction, design, and branding.
  • Strong understanding of digital, print, and multimedia marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives to drive impactful results.
  • Miust be willing to work in Makati
