Job Function

  • Using different channels to find potential vendors and follow up and solve vendor’s issues to ensure smooth process from sourcing to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor reactivation and trips allocation: Monitoring no. of trips for each vendor and executing the plan of trips allocation.
  • Presentations and Reporting: Independently prepare presentations and reports for vendor meetings/orientation and internal meetings.
  • Issue/concern Resolution and Continuous Improvement: Proactively address and resolve vendor-related issues/concerns to ensure a smooth operation process.
  • Documentation Management: Manage and maintain the vendor, trucks and driver’s documents in TMS, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Vendor Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor vendor performance metrics, ensuring compliance with quality and operation standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in Logistics, supply chain or related industry.
  • Having work experience in operation/sales is considered as an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong ability to handle pressure.
