Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Digital8 Inc. located in Metro Manila. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with company objectives and labor laws.
- Manage employee benefits, compensation structures, and wellness programs.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and workplace conflict resolution.
- Administer HR software and maintain organized digital records.
- Plan and execute employee engagement, training, and development programs.
- Handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
- Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience with HR software and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
