• Provide general administrative support, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.

• Handle office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment.
• Support project teams with administrative tasks as required.
• Coordinate internal meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.

• Help organize events or conferences when needed.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications as a Admin Support:
• Bachelor’s degree in any 4 year course
• Proven professional experience in a similar administrative or equivalent role.
• Experience in the water or environmental industry (Watearth-related experience is a plus, but not required).
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a team-oriented approach. • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
