Job Summary:
The role involves executing the staffing strategies and plans for client teams, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower needs with the right talent fit.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Workforce Planning and Recruitment Strategy:
- Assist the Lead HR Business Partner in client team workforce planning.
- Contribute to the development of recruiting strategies and action plans for timely talent acquisition.
Sourcing and Talent Pooling:
- Identify and cultivate internal and external sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, academic partnerships, search firms, professional networks, internal referrals) to maintain a steady candidate pipeline.
- Advertise all job openings across relevant channels.
- Establish a talent pool for critical, niche, and recurring roles.
- Facilitate incentive payments for successful employee referrals.
Selection:
- Screen candidates based on established position qualifications (both through paper screening and face-to-face interviews).
- Administer relevant tests.
- Recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers and subsequent interview levels.
- Conduct reference checks and provide assessment-based recommendations.
- Extend job offers to successful candidates (for positions within authority) following established guidelines.
- Coordinate internal transfers to fulfill talent needs.
Recruitment Process:
- Collaborate with other Recruitment Specialists to streamline processes and develop pertinent recruitment initiatives.
Job Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate with a degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or a related field.
- With a minimum of one (1) year of experience in the same field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirement/s:
- Knowledge of Interviewing techniques.
- Well developed strategic approach for working with potential candidates.
- Capable of working independently and within a group.
- Demonstrates attention to detail, and excellent organization skills.
- Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills. Proficient at handling high volumes of work and multi-tasking.
