Human Resources Business Partner - Manager
Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise and solutions to drive organizational success. The HRBP will work closely with management to align HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with the recruitment team to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and career development.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance leadership and employee capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, addressing employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Lead or support change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR teams to implement compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
