The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise and solutions to drive organizational success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.

  • Support talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with the recruitment team to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and career development.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance leadership and employee capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, addressing employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Lead or support change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to implement compensation, benefits, and reward programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
