Facilities and Admin Officer
Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited - Manila Branch has a full commercial banking license and has been in operations since 2002. The Manila Branch's mission is to be the bridge between Chinese and Philippine trade and investments through corporate banking, personal banking, and financial markets services, facilitating Chinese investments in key sectors of the fast growing Philippine economy, investing in a Renminbi (RMB) transfer system to encourage the settlement of payments in RMB.
Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited - Manila Branch is currently searching for a Facilities and Admin Officer who will ensure the overall maintenance and management office facilities and properties, and provide a safe work environment; facilitate procurement requirements; support administrative requirements of business travels and events.
As a Facilities and Admin Officer, you will be in charge of:
A. Facilities and Property Management
- Ensure proper and periodic maintenance and upkeep of office premises, facilities, equipment and vehicles.
- Facilitate lease renewal of the bank’s office premises.
- Maintain an updated insurance coverage of the bank’s properties and fixed assets.
- Facilitate provision and installation of health and safety requirements in the premises and ensure prevention of physical work hazards.
- Facilitate occupancy and space management.
- Maintain an inventory of office fixed assets
- Oversee performance of outsourced services (reception, housekeeping, drivers).
B. Supplies and Fixed Asset Management
- Facilitate procurement and provision of general supplies and fixed assets, and maintain proper inventory.
- Support other departments’ procurement requirements.
C. Archive Management
- Facilitate transfer and preservation of archived documents in secured facilities.
- Ensure timely retrieval and return of requested archived files.
D. Business Support
- Assist in organizing corporate events and meetings.
- Arrange transportation and travel requirements of employees and guests– car, flight, hotel accommodation, and other items as needed
