Job Summary:
- To sell LBC products and services and achieve sales targets.
- By developing new customers & increasing the client base with special focus on online sellers and small accounts.
- Manages, develops & maintains relationships with existing and potential clients to meet sales objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales activities including prospecting, developing, selling to new customers while increasing revenue from existing customers. Contact potential or existing online sellers, customers, to inform them about our LBC products, service or offerings.
- Provide products and service education and sales support to prospective customers, online sellers. Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Assist in entering, updating customer information in the system or assisting in activations
- Handle customers concerns in case any or coordinate with respective units
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Analyze the customer needs and interests, determining which products or services are appropriate based on their needs.
- Work in conjunction with Marketing, Sales support and Management to establish a communication path with the customer to make sure sales opportunities for products services.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, developments government regulations that effect target markets.
Job Specification:
- Atleast High School graduate
- Active &/or adept in Social Media Apps (FB, Tiktok, etc)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and exuding in confidence
- With excellent selling & communication skills
- Must have organization, planning, problem- solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to present information to clients and address business concern of the said client.
- Ability to work across functions and in a digital/online-savvy environment/social media community.
