Job Summary:

  • Responsible for prudent management and growth of new customer, CIF, volume/billings and accounts receivable portfolios.
  • Responsible for timely development and end-to-end implementation of strategic programs to achieve business targets, including liaising with relevant cross-functional teams and/or third parties, as necessary.
  • Responsible for rolling out key enhancements such as but not limited to the launch of more convenient availment channels, on-boarding (e.g. digital execution), etc.
  • Responsible for implementing and sustaining/enhancing business procedures, including maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
  • Responsible for the proper use and allocation of assigned budget.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory controls (i.e. process reviews, compliance/regulatory/risk reviews, financial reviews, program reviews, etc.).

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop customer acquisition and/or usage programs aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional units to ensure the proper and smooth implementation of programs as well as future enhancements of business procedures.
  • Conduct regular portfolio performance reviews vis-a-vis key metrics such as new accounts, volume and accounts receivable. Review shall include MIS, post-promotion evaluations, gap analysis, etc.
  • Provide targeted analysis and action plans to tap and maximize potential across different customer segments.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and create value programs to expand BDO’s market share.
  • Regularly liaise with Sales Teams to evaluate and create initiatives that will increase customer and volume portfolio.
  • Conduct product training among sales channels of needed to boost product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably a Marketing or Business-related course.
  • At least five (5) years of professional experience in product/portfolio management, marketing and/or sales (strategic selling and negotiation skills)
  • Preferably with background in retail loans/credit cards or consumer products and services
  • Must be willing to be assigned and work on-site in Ortigas
