Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Parañaque for a Learning and Development Manager at Vikings Group of Companies. The role involves tasks related to Training & Development, Learning Management, Training, and Leadership Development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
  • Training & Development, Learning Management, and Training skills
  • Instructional Design and Leadership Development skills
  • Experience in developing training programs and content
  • Ability to work collaboratively and drive organizational learning initiatives
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Note: Compressed work week schedule. Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm & Friday 7:00am-6:00pm
