Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in recruitment or HR coordination (2-4 years).
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws in the Philippines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both English and Tagalog.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
