Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in recruitment or HR coordination (2-4 years).
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both English and Tagalog.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
