- Work with the current finance team to refine and streamline accounting processes.
- Handle smaller accounting tasks and ensure accurate data entry and reconciliations.
- Support with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and assist in follow-up action items.
- Help manage schedules, document processes, and provide administrative support as needed.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of current financial systems and processes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to implement improvements and optimize workflows.
- Take full responsibility for the company’s financial operations, including strategy, execution, and compliance.
- Build and manage a finance team by hiring additional support when necessary.
- 1-2 Years of Experience with eCommerce logistics, including Amazon FBA, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and budgeting.
- Strong familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Amazon, TikTok, Shopify).
- Proficiency in financial software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven financial decisions.
