Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for multiple clients, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
  • Conduct in-depth research on clients and their industries to craft effective social media plans, including content buckets, hooks, and CTAs.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all content formats.
  • Plan and schedule content across various platforms.
  • Design and edit graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Write compelling captions and marketing copy for social media.
  • Edit and repurpose short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) ensuring high engagement and storytelling.
  • Create social media graphics, including Instagram posts, Facebook banners, and cover images.
  • Design visually appealing Instagram feeds that align with brand aesthetics.
  • Develop branded elements for social media accounts, such as highlight covers and IG story templates.
  • Organize and manage digital assets via Dropbox and Google Drive.

Requirements

  • Proficient in social media management and content creation for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong copywriting skills for social media, websites, presentations, PDFs, and marketing materials.
  • Experience in graphic design for social media, ads, presentation decks, and digital documents.
  • Familiarity with web design using platforms such as Figma, WordPress, GoHighLevel, and Squarespace.
  • Video editing experience using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and CapCut.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay up to date with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes.
