Now we're looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

What you will do:

  • Response to clients requests via chat and email
  • Analysis of client requests (chat, email)
  • Outgoing calls to clients
  • Conflicts resolution

We expect from you:

  • Native language speaker (Filipino, English - mandatory)
  • Tagalog -optional
  • Good verbal communication
  • Multi-tasking
  • Work in a team
  • Grammatically correct in written and verbal
  • Stress resistance
  • Responsibility
  • Computer literacy

We are ready to offer:

  • Work remote
  • The work schedule for this position is shift 2/2 to 12 hours, shift time from 8-20 day shift / 20-8 night shift
  • Training will be provided
  • Monthly compensation: 38400 PHP
