The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in handling real estate transactions, managing databases, and coordinating client and vendor communications. Job Title: Real Estate Assistant

Location: Fully Remote (Work from home)

Shift: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, PST

Responsibilities:

  • Provide database help and coordination using Costar and Loopnet.
  • Update clients on property listings and status.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Send out listing packages to potential buyers or lessees.
  • Follow up on client inquiries and requests.
  • Support the boss with administrative tasks related to real estate.
  • Provide email, chat, and phone support (both inbound and outbound).


Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Experience with Costar and Loopnet is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
