Primary Responsibilities:
Financial Management
- Prepare business cases and cost comparative analyses to support cost reduction and efficiency initiatives.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis to assist in evaluating contracts and procurement decisions.
- Provide financial projections and identify unit cost reduction opportunities.
- Validate cost analyses and assist in commercial assessments for contracts.
- Develop financial reports and presentation materials for stakeholders.
- Assist in contract negotiations, including vendor selection and assessment.
- Prepare and manage Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, ensuring operational requirements are met.
- Facilitate communication with vendors and analyze proposals for selection.
- Coordinate with end-users to ensure contract compliance and execution.
- Identify cost-saving measures and alternative solutions within existing contracts.
- Monitor contractual obligations to ensure vendor compliance.
- Support preparation of presentations for contract endorsements and approvals.
- Attend vendor meetings and provide updates on financial and contractual matters.
- Maintain a database of contract details and vendor performance assessments.
- Handle business travel requests, including coordination of travel arrangements, approvals, and documentation.
- Assist in processing financial transactions related to contracts and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial reporting standards.
- Attend training and industry seminars to stay updated on relevant trends.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional training in finance, contract management, or project management is a plus.
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and contract management.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and compliance monitoring.
- Knowledge of financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and reporting standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
