- Operations Management: Bridge between the CD & Supply chain partners by helping facilitate servicing governance and hyperpeak calls and addressing issues raised by CD team & conversely by supply chain team.
- Create proactive action points & launch projects to ensure continuous improvement on operations.
- Red Book Management: Identify key processes from stakeholders that need to be reviewed and updated for signoff to the leadership team.
- Land the audits and controls test for all the controls operators.
- Manpower Management: Lead governance of third-party administrative aides.
- Ensure correct headcount are deployed and track budgets utilization with the agencies.
- Bachelor's degree holder in Industrial Engineering or any relevant field
- Preferably with experience in the FMCG industry, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- With strong attention to detail regarding documentation
- With leadership, management, and analytical skills
- Must be dynamic, agile, and has passion for excellence
