The Marketing Manager will help build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. He/She will be responsible in tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

The job shall include:

  1. Produce successful marketing campaigns and materials and own their implementation from ideation to production to monitoring and reporting.
  2. Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company’s current offerings and drive qualified traffic to online and in stores.
  3. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, event management, PR, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
  4. Create valuable and engaging content for our social media channels, out of home and in store platforms that attracts and converts our target groups.
  5. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
  6. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  7. Analyze consumer behavior and conduct research on latest trends in the retail fashion industry.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Management or any similar course
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate coming from Retail Fashion, Advertising or Media industry.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Tiktok Ads Manager etc.).
  • Creative and has a passion for fashion and pop culture.
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great layouts / videos and globally competitive communication.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in retail fashion / fashion marketing.
  • Knowledge in Photoshop or Adobe Premiere or Adobe After Effects is a plus.
  • Works well under pressure and can handle a fast paced environment.
