- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience in IT sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Minimal to strong understanding of IT services, especially software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
