  • Operate in a back-end capacity without direct client interaction

What are the top 10 things they must be completed in this position:

  • Check and notate any negative reviews that have been removed on a daily basis
  • Familiarize themselves during the partnership with different directory sites and how they

operate, etc. every time there’s an update

  • Reviews that have been successfully removed will need to be marked in Salesforce daily
  • Properly inputting the notes daily into Salesforce and updating any information necessary
  • Daily reporting to Client Services Manager if there are any problems or issues
  • Updating client’s information correctly and thoroughly into Salesforce on a daily basis
  • Completing any overflow tasks that might be necessary for clients daily, these will be addressed with the virtual assistant as needed
  • Completing other duties or tasks as assigned on a daily basis such as disputing negatives and working on scrubbing reviews

Tools: Google Suite - Google Sheets and Google Docs, Facebook and Salesforce

Not Required: Canva - but reassuring to see on resume, AI proficiency also appreciated

If the virtual assistant is computer savvy and can type fast - 40 wpm minimum

If the virtual assistant is detail oriented and thorough.

If the virtual assistant is professional and customer orientated.

If the virtual assistant is able to remove 400 negative comments/photos every two weeks with some consistency
