The café aims to bring together great people with great ideas over a shared love of great coffee. As a leader, the chosen candidate will uphold the utmost standards of hospitality, organization, customer satisfaction, and operational management while overseeing service operations on the premises.

Salary Range: P30k plus P4-7k incentives

Location: Westgate Center, Alabang

Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily restaurant management operations
  • Establish a conducive work environment that would empower the team.
  • Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
  • Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
  • Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
  • Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
  • Manage manpower schedule
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
  • Organize and supervise shifts and manpower scheduling
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Spearhead table setting standards
  • Constantly operational standards
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Qualifications

  • Passion and love for coffee
  • At least 3-5 years' of full-service restaurant management
  • Has qualities of being a leader. A person that will lead a group servers.
  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager
  • Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Good and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactiveness in solving problems with a sense of urgency
