  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving concerns
  • Comfortable handling calls and corresponding through text, email, and chats
  • Previous experience in customer service, compliance, or a related role is preferred
  • Proficient in maintaining accurate records and trackers
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and client interactions simultaneously
  • Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiarity with BIR processes and mall accreditation is advantageous
