Job description :
- We are looking for a leader with experience managing clients/books of business directly. A Leader who will be comfortable to pick up the phone and organize a meeting with different teams supporting client’s module with the *Client.
- Direct client management experience related to Net Promoter Survey KPI. client experience is Should for direct clients.
Senior Manager Experience from a BPO setting with direct client-facing responsibilities, managing clients in-house, and handling a client’s book of business
· Experience in reaching out to clients, managing books of business, addressing escalations, and building strong, continuous client relationships
· A business-level approach rather than a transactional mindset
· Expertise in executive-level escalation processes, overseeing resolution of client concerns, process chain improvements, and product enhancements
· Strong background in account management, including overseeing entire books of business and building good client relations
· Has experience working directly with US stakeholders/CFO/Directors
· Leadership experience of 3–5 years, preferably 7 years, as a leader of leaders, at the prime of their leadership, hungry to move up, with a proactive and self-starter mentality.
· Must be well-versed and confident in communicating with US stakeholders, Director and CFOs, with the ability to handle professional conversations.
Growth prospects:
· There is a clear path for career advancement, with the potential to progress to a Director level. This growth path may be achieved depending on performance and contributions
· Part of the team’s expansion, including the acquisition of additional business functions, further enhancing their professional scope and impact.
