Job Overview
- Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support with the creation of job postings and recruitment marketing materials.
- Help organize and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and hiring teams.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role-specific needs.
- Assist with onboarding tasks for new hires.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities.
- Support administrative tasks related to the hiring process, such as background checks and reference checks.
- This is a 3-month Project based employment with a chance to be absorbed depending on performance and business needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years related experience in hiring for BPO, Volume Requirements, specifically for Content Moderators, CSR, or Annotators
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Amenable to work in our Bacoor Office in an Onsite Setting
