Technical Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Assist managers in the execution of day-to-day activities of Managed Service engagements;
- Assist managers in planning activities related to development of work program and execution of Technology Consulting projects primarily focused on Managed Service Area;
- Assist in review of clients’ processes and controls against leading practice and industry frameworks, identify gaps in design and execution. Timely communication and collaboration with managers of issues and recommendations to be highlighted to engagement leads and client management;
- Supervise and provide performance management for Associates working on assigned engagement opportunities for assigned clients;
- Apply KPMG’s Advisory methodologies for process analysis and project management to ensure a consistent approach to evidence gathering;
- Ensure the team’s compliance with KPMG Policies and Standards throughout delivery of engagement;
- Write and present clear and concise reports and presentation containing meaningful observations and recommendations to clients, including documentation of procedures performed subject for review by Managers;
- Assist in project management activities including, but not limited to development and management of project scoping, scheduling and resourcing;
- Demonstrate professionalism and confidence in dealing with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Must have experience in financial statement preparation
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must be detail-oriented and has excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent MS Office and data analysis skills
- Ability to manage expectations with managers and clients
- Demonstrate strong leadership principles
- Ability to adapt to and lead change
- Background in shared services is an advantage
