Senior Commercial Account Manager

GrowSari is a tech-enabled B2B platform that aims to improve service levels and expand access to new services for over one million sari-sari stores in the Philippines. The company provides infrastructure and tools to transform these stores into comprehensive service hubs for grassroots communities. The platform offers affordable inventory, working capital loans to Sari-sari store owners, whilst generating crucial data and insights for manufacturers and distributors
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of FMCG partner companies with the objective of driving Category sales growth and profitability
- Ensure the right assortment is being carried at the right pricing and margin structure. Identify opportunities to improve profitability, either through pricing, margin or mix for the portfolio.
- Lead Negotiations and create joint business plans with the FMCG partner - identifying growth opportunities for them with the appropriate analysis of size of prize against relevant KPIs of Active Buying Stores, Basket Size, Order Frequency
- Recommend activations programs to partners i.e. Promos, In-App Communications, Merchandizing, Sales Agent Insighting & Education Programs, etc that these FMCG companies can benefit from.
- Execute activation programs, monitor/ track and recommend improvements, i.e. setting up, tracking, insighting, and preparation of a quality post mortem to ensure that activations are continuously improved upon
- Pitch the company's capabilities to new companies
Key Requirements:
- Proven past experience in Key Account management, Trade marketing or Brand Management in FMCG companies
- Strong negotiation, leadership. and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Able to analyze data and determine opportunities and challenges of handled categories
- Has the ability to network and build rapport with FMCG key accounts.
- 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this role.
