- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive recruitment experience.
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 7 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Knowledge of various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
