Basic Function:

Responsible for handling all retail merchandising projects at trade (all channels), consumer touchpoints (i.e. blitzes), and special events, which are part of the overall integrated marketing communications plan of the Brands.

Principal Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute merchandising projects in the area.
  • Identifies merchandising opportunities and synergies in channels and teams involved.
  • Ensures accomplishment of merchandising KPIs in the area.
  • Conducts area visits and audits merchandising programs in the area.
  • Manages the merchandising operations of the trade merch service provider to ensure an effective and efficient operations.
  • Prepares and submits the following reports: Productivity report, spot check report, Field activity report, weekly highlights report, stockroom inventory report etc.
  • Monitors and reports merchandising activity of competitors.
  • Accomplishes the retail trade audit report.
