Summary
Monitors overall outbound activities of 3PL service providers to ensure achievement of targets based on service level agreement.

Monitors overall outbound activities of 3PL service providers to ensure achievement of targets based on service level agreement.
- Monitor and manage 3PL warehouse performance warehouse based on following indicators:
- Fulfillment Leadtime
- Delivery On time
- Delivery In Full (Stock Loss)
- Delivery and Discrepancy Reporting
- Response Leadtime/ Customer Service
- Product Handling
- Documentation and Invoicing
- Productivity- specific to warehouse
- Manage outbound reports and tracking files for communication to Puma internal customer
- Lead cross functional regular meetings for better communication of evaluation (what went well and what needs to be improved)
- Provide action plan to support 3PL scorecard including exception issues
- Develop both short and long term strategies for increasing outbound efficiency of operations and improving customer satisfaction
- Coordinate outbound issues and follow through solutions
- Provide management updates on prevailing rates and other developments related to outbound resources to ensure that Puma is aware of best practices and services in the market
- Assist inventory team to ensure accuracy of stock count as this also impacts productivity
- Perform other duties critical to opesrations as required by management
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the similar role with experience in warehouse operations
- Confidence with complex data analysis and using data to drive improvements
- Possess strong written & verbal communication skills
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Excel - Advanced level and SAP experience will be a plus
