- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology.
- At least 3 years of experience as a BA, ideally in the financial sector.
- Meticulousness to ensure that all requirements are captured and documented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to capture requirements, produce clear documentation, and ask thoughtful questions.
- Experience with SQL, Excel, python and other tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with ITIL, Agile, and other frameworks for IT service management and software development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in C#, Camunda, CreditLens, LoanIQ, Summit would be a plus
