Retail Trade Marketing Supervisor
Basic Function:
The role understands and identifies Area, Category, and Channel opportunities to achieve Sales & Marketing goals.
The Supervisor must initiate alignment with all stakeholders (i.e., sales, marketing & other support functions) to deliver effective route-to-market strategies and programs as well as demand generation programs at all relevant points of sale.
Principal Roles and Responsibilities:
- Clearly translates all market & internal data into relevant analysis that feeds into sales & marketing plans, and into channel strategies & programs.
- Consults with field and support groups from planning to implementation stage of all demand generation programs.
- Secures commitment of needed resources for all programs (budgets & trade communication materials - i.e. advertising, merchandising materials, trade collaterals).
- Ensures that all required tools are provided to field sales partners, trade partners, and RTPA personnel for timely implementation and seamless execution of all activities.
- Hyper-collaborates with Sales, TMD Category and internal cross-functional partners to improve and innovate processes.
- Identifies opportunities and synergies in all channels and involved teams.
- Monitors activities on-ground to proper implementation, thus achieve the objectives.
- Ensures accuracy and timely submission of all reports to Category.
- Evaluates the projects with Sales and other stakeholders.
- Consolidates performance evaluation of the implemented events/programs for his/her area.
- Ensure execution excellence in the area via RTPA implementation.
- Manage the Third-Party Personnel and operations in his / her area of responsibility.
Educational Background:
Graduate of any four-year course, preferably business courses.
Work Experience:
- At least 1 year experience in Modern Trade-FMCG, Retail Trade, Marketing in a telecommunications company.
- Experience in various channels such as Fintech including mobile and electronic banking, and e-commerce online payments and digital sales (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, and other online shopping platforms)
