Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that store designs meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress and quality of construction.

Innovation and Trends:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in retail design.
