Position Overview: The Operations Support will assist Client'sTalent Operations across various tasks, including providing exceptional customer support, managing scheduling requests, and handling detailed administrative and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality across platforms.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct testing on iPads and other devices to ensure compatibility and performance.
  • Create and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios for new features and updates.
  • Provide clear and concise communication regarding testing progress, issues, and results.
  • Work closely with developers to reproduce, prioritize, and resolve bugs.
Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of work experience
  • Proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience testing on devices such as iPads (a strong plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with immersive simulations or VR technology.
  • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with automated testing tools.
