Job Requirements:
• Proficiency in computer usage.
• Excellent spoken English communication skills.
• Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
• Noise-cancelling headset.
• Prior experience in data/lead mining and appointment setting is required.
Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients in New Zealand to set up appointments for financial advice consultations.
• Conduct lead mining and maintain an accurate and organized lead database.
Eligibility:
• Filipino candidates based in the Philippines will be considered.
Work Location:
• Remote, work-from-home setup in the Philippines.
Availability:
• Immediate joiners preferred.
Contract Type:
• Full-Time / Part-Time / Commission-Based
Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (MNL Time)
• Saturday: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM (if weekly targets are unmet)
Salary & Benefits:
For Full-Time Employees:
• Competitive starting salary of Php 25,000 – Php 35,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
