Role

As a Candidate Experience Coordinator you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, assessing and representing business & technology transformation candidates to both colleagues and clients alike. The key purpose of this role is to work effectively with new and existing clients to best source and assess talent for their recruitment needs whilst continuing to build and elevate our clients Executive brand.

Responsibilities

Fuel your day with a cup of artisan coffee as you dive into your schedule, prioritising tasks and mapping out your own strategic recruitment plans.

After collaborating with the wider team in your morning meeting, your focus will be on identifying, attracting, and selecting top-notch candidates primarily within the Business & Technology Transformation market.

You'll begin by developing a proactive candidate pool, conducting 2-3 proactive interviews from our talent community. In addition, you'll also handle 7-8 interviews for active roles, making sure to match the right candidates with the appropriate opportunities. These candidates may fall within a salary range of $90,000 to $350,000 or have contractor rates ranging from $400 to $1800 a day.

Through report writing and video shortlist presentations, you'll partner with a Senior Consultant/Director to skillfully present candidates to clients, creating a strong connection between the two. Communication is key, and you'll regularly update candidates through phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings, ensuring a seamless recruitment journey for all parties involved.

Utilising your resourcefulness, you'll identify and explore various mediums such as social media, referrals, job boards, and LinkedIn to attract new candidates to join our talent pool. By utilising our CRM technology, JobAdder, you'll meticulously keep the database updated, ensuring the smooth flow of information for both clients and candidates alike.

Talent management is an essential aspect of your role. You'll take a high-touch approach to keep in contact with top talent, developing strong candidate management strategies and relationships. Going beyond the standard recruitment process, you'll strive to enhance the candidate experience by providing valuable market

Using your inquisitive nature, you'll constantly stay informed about candidate movements, maintain existing client relationships, and identify potential new clients and hidden talent gems. Your active participation in running client and candidate networking events and engaging with professionals on LinkedIn will further bolster OUR CLIENTS brand.

Research is a critical component of your role, and you'll work collaboratively with your colleagues to delve into research and referral activities. This will involve utilising and creating talent pipelines, as well as employing proactive research techniques and market mapping to identify emerging and specialised talent.

Key Qualifications

Prior experience in HR, recruitment agency or professional services (client facing)

Knowledge of various interview and research methods/tools would be advantageous

Strong consulting skills in order to offer clients recommendations, suggestions, options.

Experience Handling AU Markets or AU recruitment process.
