BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The Learning and Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs under Consistent University and assists in the initiatives that enhance employee performance, skills, and overall organizational development. This role is crucial in ensuring that the Learning and Organizational Development Department delivers in helping the organization to be equipped with the necessary talent and capabilities to achieve its strategic objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Training Program Support:

Assists in the coordination and scheduling of training sessions, workshops, and other development programs.

Helps design and prepare training materials, presentations, and resources for trainers and participants.

Ensures logistical set up for training events, including room bookings, equipment setup, and catering arrangements.

Conducts trainings and ensures the implementation of the training calendar.

2. Data and Record Management:

Maintains accurate records of employee training participation and performance evaluations.

Prepares and maintains reports and analysis related to training effectiveness and learning outcomes.

3. Orientation and Onboarding:

Contributes to the onboarding process by conducting the New Employee Orientation Program for new hires.

Supports the development of the orientation program to familiarize new employees with the organization's culture, policies, and procedures.

4. Organizational Assessment:

Assists in conducting surveys, assessments, and evaluations to identify organizational development needs.

Collaborates with the L&OD Officer to analyze assessment data and recommend improvement strategies.

5. Communication and Documentation:

Prepares and distributes communication materials related to training programs and development initiatives.

Maintains accurate documentation of training schedules, attendance, and evaluation results.

6. Collaboration and Coordination:

Collaborates with HR, department managers, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and align development initiatives with organizational goals.

Coordinates with external trainers or vendors when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and learning management systems.

Basic knowledge of Canva is a plus.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Intermediate knowledge of training and development principles.

Equipped with instructional designing skills

Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Industry is a plus
