ROLE :Operations Specialist
Job location: BGC Taguig
Shift timing :9am-6pm
Job type-6 MONTHS EXTENDABLECONTRACT
Work set up: onsite
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Manage day to day operations of App acquisition and selling activities.
•Coordination with internal teams to ensure delivery and fulfillment SLAs are met, and customer issues are handled.
•Assit monitoring of user feedback, inquiries, and concerns from reviews and other sources. Provide appropriate feedback to address incidents and complaints.
•Collaborate with IT team to identify app-related issues and monitor through to resolution.
•Document version updates covering function business rules and logic, in coordination with internal teams.
•Support operation and configuration of campaigns and promotions following approved rules and mechanics.
•Participate in testing activities such as test case/defects review, UAT, PPT, beta testing, as well as pre-deployment activities.
•Others: Regular reporting, create training materials, conduct demos, maintain documentations, and other adhoc tasks.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
•Preferably has a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field of study.
•Highly organized individual, self-starter, requires minimal supervision.
•Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
•Strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills.
•Detail-oriented and customer-centric.
•Familiarity with MS Office and project management tools.
