Working Hours

8am – 6pm GMT (some flexibility as needed +/- 1 hour)

As support to Business Operations you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends that improve business performance. You will influence decisions based on analytics insights and engage in performance and program management for projects across all regions. You will encourage best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization and as a trusted partner for customer centric KPIs you will have a profound impact on customer satisfaction.

Repair Process - You will:

  • Support the preparation and tracking of Agenda items, meeting minutes and action items from Key Repair Blue Book Executive meetings.
  • Support the collation of global backlog data from BPIs, ROI, Sharepoint, updating scorecards, identifying gaps, producing global bridge charts with key issues identified and updating slide decks accordingly. KPIs: Aging, TAT, Output from repair, Repair Schedule performance & ROD performance
  • Support the deliverable of UAT on PBIs for example Aging PBI, NPI readiness Portal, and GCIO portals such as ROD, RS attainment and Parts to TPR
  • Work with PAG team on automation of the data flow through Dell tools and Partner updates to sharepoint. Raise projects on Bright Idea and manage, monitor and maintain project post-implementation and resolve any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
  • Support the design and implementation of innovative solutions and collaborate with other groups/regions to provide feedback and help in process improvement
  • Support the definition of global initiatives, collect requirements, and coordinate efforts across regional teams
  • Simplify and standardize reports at regular intervals, define and influence metrics definitions from a global perspective
  • Analyze data, formulate conclusions and provide summary analysis and interpretation to leadership. Provide analytical and data gaps with the ability to work on projects and manage stakeholders across business verticals & regions. Visualize the data through PowerBI to discover ineffectiveness.

Disposition Process – You will:

  1. Coordinate Cracked glass monthly files/data with regions:
  • Ensure collection of datasets from each subregion in the first week of each month for the previous month; chase Regional POCs in case of delay.
  • Run a sanity check for data accuracy.
  • Upload that data into shared location in standardized format. Assist with access to data for anyone requesting it.
  1. Support Priority GPU parts tracking – post tool automation maintenance/follow thru with region/checking data accuracy.
  • Run validations of the data in the PowerApp tool against datasets feeding it and make manual updates in PowerApp when needed.
  • Cooperate with the author of the automated tracker to fix any issues driving incorrect statuses in the tool if not matching the datasets from Regions feeding it.
  • Monitor aged profile of parts tracked and Contact Regional POCs and FA/capture lab POCs to trigger actions to push the parts through the process.
  1. Disposition Inventory monitoring – support to be required only from mid Q1FY26 (after GPU tracker is live). Design of the new Disposition inventory tracker to commence in Q1, automated files from DLP Partners to be loaded via HAFT and feeding PBI reporting.
  • Ensure collection of datasets via HAFT (High Availability File Transfer) from each subregion on a weekly basis; chase Regional POCs in case of delay.
