Partner with divisional learning partners, IT partners, and stakeholders to support and deliver learning plans and initiatives on the enterprise learning platform to a global audience. You’ll also support the development and promotion of the required learning framework and upskill People Generalists on the processes of Tier 1 - Learning.
Responsibilities:
- Administers the day-to-day operations of the learning management system which includes the creation and management of all learning objects, course uploads, reversioning and testing, learning assignments, event and session creation, report generation, troubleshooting, etc.
- Collaborates with other teams and stakeholders to ensure online trainings are set up/ configured accurately and ensure success of learning and development activities
- Maintains a learning management system (LMS) that meet all regulatory compliance needs and ensure accuracy and integrity
- Manages users' and stakeholders' learning and training requests and concerns via ServiceNow case management tool and via regular touchbase sessions with divisional learning partners
- Conducts trainings for HR Generalists on the processes of Tier 1 Learning
- Performs in-scope tasks for QUBE Publishing (Sharepoint)
- Ensures company processes and procedures are followed when developing and maintaining process documentation in a central repository
- Interprets and applies technology related DTPs, standards, and process documents
- Ensures security and data privacy standards are maintained in relationship to delivered reports
- Ensures high level of customer service across the team globally
- Maintains positive relationships with third-party vendors and IT partners
- Performs user accepted testing for System Release Management
- May perform other business demands to adhere with divisional requirements
Necessary Work Experience includes:
- Some relevant work experience.
- Experience working in a talent or learning team.
- Experience working in a project-based environment.
- Experience in analysing data.
- Experienced in administrative support role in a global and complex organisation.
- Experienced in supporting learning delivery and broader People processes.
- Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand, or Workday or other learning systems is desirable.
Necessary Qualifications include:
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
