Digital Trading Specialist
The Trading Specialist is responsible for the implementation, reporting, and optimization of all digital media campaigns, while working closely with the Havas account lead, and under the supervision of the Performance Director. He/she also strategizes to unearth deeper campaign insights and innovations, as driven by clients’ campaign goals and digital ambitions. Trading expectations include the ability to execute beneficial campaign experiments, appropriate campaign tracking, lift studies, AI-based trading solutions, etc. It is the core responsibility of the Trading Specialist to ensure timely, accurate, and optimal self-serve campaigns especially in Meta and Google platforms.

Overall campaign deliveries, optimization, and continuous A/B testing:
- Flawless campaign implementations – from goal setting, to KPI monitoring and optimization
- Ensuring implementation of client, agency, and vendor best practices
- Stress-testing platforms based on ability to meet expectations
- Swift action to pivot campaigns whenever necessary
Creation of stand-alone or integrated digital media buying strategies
Quantifiable rationale for inclusion of programmatic/paid social marketing within their clients’ (or prospective clients’) marketing strategies. This will include justification from strategic, financial, and consumer engagement standpoints.
Development of action plans in achieving and measuring campaign success, including determining key metrics based on the appropriate objectives and optimization parameters
• Technical
o Implementation of local technology relationships, including:
Fundamental and advanced skills in executing paid social campaigns (i.e. Meta, TikTok)
Fundamental and advanced skills in executing Google campaigns (i.e. SEM, PMAX, etc.)
Fundamental skills in executing campaign tracking
Programmatic media experience is an advantage
Key Competencies
• At least 2 years’ experience within a Network/ATD/DSP
• Commercial focus and entrepreneurial drive
• Approximately 1-2 years of progressive levels of responsibility in programmatic/paid social; knowledgeable in implementing programmatic campaigns in at least Google DV360 and/or others like TTD, Mediamath, Yahoo DSP, Teads, Amazon
• Strong command of programmatic/paid social marketing strategies and reporting resources
• Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Highly numerate with a functional expertise in multiple digital media dashboards
• Advanced skills in Excel; able to do nested formulas, pivot tables, macros, VBA
• Experience in data visualization
• Thorough knowledge of ad-server technology
• Advanced knowledge in performance tracking, involving multiple set-ups (pixel ownership versus account ownership, audience data sharing, etc.)
• Multiple trading certifications especially in Meta and Google
