You will help establish a world class procurement organization, delivering quality goods and services & maximizing value for our customers and shareholders; through maintaining high standards, integrity, managing commercial risk through robust governance and by building effective supplier partnerships.

The challenge is to:

  • Manage IT procurement projects and work with multiple stakeholders across all markets operated by DFI supporting IT procurement team:
  • Create and implement Market specifics procurement strategies
  • Review and align with the Group Procurement strategy on the category
  • Works closely with stakeholders to review the scope and specifications, including service level agreements and key performance indicator requirements
  • Create the sourcing documentation for RFI, RFx and E Auction via the Dairy Farm procurement system to achieve business objectives in terms of both quality and achieving best value for money.
  • Lead objective evaluation and clarification process
  • Participates and/or lead in contract negotiation, analyses the technical and commercial scores to achieve business targets within the current market conditions.
  • Complete the DocuSign contract approval process
  • Analyse spend data to understand actual spend v contractual commitments, non-compliance and identify opportunities for improvements, different buying approaches and/or saving opportunities.
  • Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory and IT security and cyber requirements.
  • Complete the internal procurement governance including, drafting spend approval and contract recommendation papers, completing the saving tracker etc.
  • Create and actively manage IT category plans
  • Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory and IT security and cyber requirements.
  • To ensure integrity and ethics are sustained throughout the procurement process

Do you have experience in?

  • Minimum of 5 years for IT procurement experience
  • Experienced in retail and multi-market is preferred but not required
  • Experience of working in small team, able to follow end to end procurement process and work independently
  • Strong at data capture/analysis/options generating, able to provide solutions
  • Pro- active, Self-motivation, well-organized, efficient and ability to work under pressure
  • Achievement and goal oriented with good organization skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong computer literacy skills with excellent Excel spreadsheet knowledge
