Our client is looking for an Executive Virtual Assistant who will assist in running the business by providing operational, human resource, marketing, customer engagement, financial, and reporting support.

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

Essential Functions

  • Perform the following operational support tasks:
    • Help to create more streamlined processes across the three centers
    • Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes through ordering and inventory management, payroll assistance, and email and file management
    • Manage the emails of each center
  • Perform the following recruiting and human resource tasks:
    • Support hiring efforts by assisting with job postings
    • Set up interviews and Zoom meetings
    • Handle onboarding which includes doing the paperwork, I9, and connecting all systems to make it easier to bring in and retain great team members
    • Provide back-office support
  • Perform the following marketing and customer engagement tasks:
    • Handle social media and local outreach
    • Perform customer retention efforts to continue growing brand awareness
  • Perform the following financial and reporting assistance tasks:
    • Organize expense tracking, payroll summaries, and performance metrics to keep everything clear and manageable for senior leadership
    • Push out sales numbers regularly
Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
  • Familiar with the retail sales environment
  • Tech savvy with strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications like Excel, AI, and all office products
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
  • Open and flexible tend to change based on data, and have the desire to learn and improve oneself
  • Very personable, customer-friendly, excited, and bubbly to work with
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a multi-client environment
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
