About The Role
As a Junior Brand Manager for Walmart Ecommerce, you will be responsible for managing Walmart as a key digital sales channel, identifying new product opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives to optimize brand performance. You will analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify products for launch, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and retailer requirements. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will oversee content optimization, promotions, and pricing strategies to maximize visibility and sales on Walmart's ecommerce platform.

About The Role
As a Junior Brand Manager for Walmart Ecommerce, you will be responsible for managing Walmart as a key digital sales channel, identifying new product opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives to optimize brand performance. You will analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify products for launch, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and retailer requirements. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will oversee content optimization, promotions, and pricing strategies to maximize visibility and sales on Walmart's ecommerce platform.
What you will do:
- Take ownership of Walmart’s Profit & Loss (P&L) performance, ensuring revenue growth and profitability targets are met.
- Partner with multiple brand managers to produce deeper brand-level and product-level strategies that require cross-functional support from internal teams – coordinate projects with several teams in order to achieve creative revamps, SEO revamps, change PPC strategies, pricing strategies
- Analyse product level data, investigate how and why product performance metrics (revenue, margin, keyword rank, TACoS, ACoS) are increasing or decreasing and take daily actions to correct or improve performance
- Manage day-to-day marketing campaigns (PPC), negative matching, bid and budget changing, custom report creation and analysis
- Clearly articulate data-driven action plans + implement them to improve product performance
- Daily monitoring of brand's key products & niches on Walmart.com to ensure products retain visibility and adjust in a timely manner to the competitive landscape (price & coupon changes)
- Produce and maintain daily & weekly reports and coordinate with brand manager on actions to implement
- Intensively collaborate with Walmart account managers to get our products in prime placements on a weekly basis and on special seasonal events.
- Continuously improve existing listings and create new listings to launch products
- Monitor the launch engine and coordinate with your supply chain partner to make sure products are launched in a timely manner
- Ensure any changes made on seller central reflect on Walmart.com in a timely manner
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure products are always keeping the right amount of stock
- Strong analytical skills, and the ability to compile, analyze and leverage performance data to both identify new opportunities and optimize current campaigns
- You have strong collaboration skills and good business sense
- Experience in managing PPC is a plus
- You’re precise and concise with your communication
- Amazon and/or Walmart experience, preferred
- Must have advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency
