YOUR MISSION
The Executive, People & Organization will be responsible for P&O functions which includes manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, performance management, training & development and employee relations. The incumbent must be familiar with local P&O operations, employment laws, taxation & statutory requirements, and able to setup the overall P&O aspects of the company from scratch.

Your Mission
- Providing support in P&O related issues, based on professional knowledge and according to P&O policies and Philippines Employment Law.
- Creating, maintaining, updating, and filing of employment records.
- Creating and placing job ads.
- Maintenance and updating of job descriptions.
- Routine admin. letters: salary certificates, employment certificates etc.
- Assist P&O team in Events Management.
- Employee onboarding and exit procedures.
- Regular update of Employee Handbook/Policies as per the guidance of P&O Head.
- Assist in annual performance management and training and development projects
- Provide assistance in the roll out of Global P & O initiatives.
- Any other ad-hoc (one time) duties from time to time.
Your Talent
- Bachelor’s degree with one of the following majors: Human Resources, Business Administration or any relevant majors
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in an HR role
- Has an understanding of local employment law
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Fluency in the English language (speaking, reading, writing) at business level
- Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, power-point)
- Knowledge of HRMS, i.e. Workday (desirable but not essential)
