Performance Management
What are the Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve performance evaluation and appraisal process that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Facilitate the performance review cycle, including goal setting, performance check-ins, competency assessment and individual development planning, and year-end performance appraisal.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance expectations, goals, and appraisal procedures.
- Drive utilization of performance management tools (Darwinbox and manual forms) to sustain good adoption across all business units / countries.
- Facilitate training sessions to all employees on talent management processes from goal setting, competency assessment and individual development planning, and performance appraisal – includes high-level process overview and guidelines as well as system navigation of Darwinbox and other forms.
- Train-the-trainer: Equip HR business partners on driving talent management initiatives to their respective handled functions by training them on talent management modules as well as system tutorial on Darwinbox.
- Create e-learning ready materials for all talent management modules – Goal setting, Competency Assessment and Individual Development Planning, and Year-end performance appraisal, containing process overview guidelines as well as Darwinbox navigation guides.
- Develop, initiate, customize, facilitate and manage learning programs related to the development of analytical and strategic thinking skills of employees. This will involve close collaboration with HRBPs on their specific need for analytical thinking skills development and working with external learning partners for the customization, design and execution of such programs.
- Create consistent guidelines in performance metrics to track employee performance across all business units.
- Prepare regular reports for leadership and HR team on performance trends and best practices
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to enhance utilization / adoption of TM modules.
- Ensure all performance management processes comply with organizational policies and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Monitor and ensure consistency in performance management processes across all functions for both URC Philippines and URC International.
- College graduate, any degree.
- Deep understanding and appreciation of performance management processes, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder priorities.
- Strong facilitation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership, managers, and employees.
- Data-driven, with the ability to analyze performance reports and trends as well as utilization rate (system and module) and make actionable recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in the use of performance management tools such as Darwinbox
- Can train HR personnel in the use of Darwinbox system – navigation and use of admin access
- High level of customer service orientation (can attend to employee system concerns and questions) on Darwinbox issues and navigation concerns.
- Can assess user requirements on the use of Darwinbox and can recommend customization.
- Change management advocate and continuous improvement champion.
- One (1) full-time position available.
