Graduate of any Marketing and/or Business course. Preferably with a master's degree or any equivalent degree.
At least five (5) years of experience in marketing, and communication managing large business accounts from a reputable institution in a regional management capacity.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Transforms strategic marketing plan from the set general direction into actionable tasks and campaigns.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
- Manages the deployment of marketing campaigns across various tools and channels. (Social Media, CRM, Mainstream Media, Web. and others.)
- Ensures all marketing initiatives are within allocated budgets.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Implements event plans based on the strategic direction provided by the management.
- Forges business & or promotional partnerships with industry partners and corporate brand-aligned products/services to support the marketing strategies.
- Coordinates all logistical elements of Marketing-initiated events, including venue, vendors, materials, guest management and others.
- Collaborates with the Marketing Consultant/s to align events with broader marketing goals (e. G. Bridal fairs, Chefs Table, Industry Partners Fairs etc.)
- Analyze post-event feedback and present findings to the Marketing Consultant/s for future strategy adjustments.
- Executes digital strategies provided by the Management and the Marketing Consultant/s.
- Monitors online campaign results, and other digital KPIs.
- Manages improvement to the company website including a new content management system and search engine optimization (SEO) to increase functionality and improve organic search rankings.
