- Track engagement metrics and implement improvements based on insights.
- Coordinate paid advertising and promotional campaigns across digital channels.
- Develop and maintain internal communication materials such as newsletters, reports, and announcements.
- Support leadership in crafting internal messages to ensure transparency and clarity.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or related roles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Experience in media relations, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
