As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Coordinator to ensure our new hires are smoothly integrated and set up for success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they’re prepared and informed
  • Conduct live training sessions and assist with paperwork to guide new hires through their onboarding tasks
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to streamline onboarding for both agents and clients
  • Provide regular updates to the Team Lead and Recruitment Manager to ensure alignment
  • Assist with client onboarding tasks when needed

What We’re Looking For:

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service Onboarding
  • 3–5 years of experience in the BPO Customer Service industry
  • Virtual Assistant experience is a plus

Skills

  • Proficiency in E-Commerce tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re, and Freshdesk (required)
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot and Monday.com
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to coach and engage others effectively

Technical Requirements

  • Reliable internet connection (20 Mbps minimum)
  • Must have a personally-owned PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or its equivalent)
