Essential Functions
Our client is looking for a Network Administrator who will be part of the team that will support the company’s clients in maintaining their computer environments. This role will focus on providing network-related support and ensuring that firewalls, switches, and access points are maintained.

Essential Functions
- Analyze requirements and resolve problems, and install hardware and software solutions
- Handle the administration and internal support for clients’ networks, servers, and other related equipment
- Maintain, troubleshoot, configure, and install firewalls, switches, and access points
- Provide end-user network support and perform upgrades, troubleshooting, audits, configurations, and installations
- Manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and support user networks, equipment, software, and services remotely
- Analyze network and remote monitoring reports to identify capacity and performance issues and remediate them in a timely manner
- Associate degree in computer technology or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- At least 5 years of networking troubleshooting and repair, network equipment installation, and cabling experience
- Previous MSP experience is a plus
- Network+, CCNA, CCDP, Network+ certification preferred
- Knowledge of networking solutions including firewalls, VPN VLANs, and current wireless standards preferred
- Experience in business networking, LAN, WAN, switching, firewalls, wireless, and CAT6/Fiber cabling
- Experience in Switch and VLAN programming
- Working knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server Operating Systems
- Knowledge of virtual environments and RDP/RDS
- Technical documentation experience for administrators and end-users
- Prior job experience in customer service, with an outgoing personality and exceptional customer service skills
- Commitment to developing and delivering top professional service to the end-users
- Commitment to the development and implementation of proactive/preventative measures
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
- Excellent awareness of, and ability to keep current on, existing and emerging network technologies
